2017: A Year In Review

2017. What a year.

As a creative entrepreneur, last year ushered in new tax policies.

As a woman, the entire year was a rush of empowerment and political action.

As a media professional, Hollywood's power structure started to crumble. The momentum from the fallout created Time's Up.

As an investor and advocate for equal pay, I celebrated a new hashtag: #financialfeminist. My Fridays are now Financial Feminist Fridays.

And just as a person, 2017 was a year that dragged on in the news and flipped through the calendar too quickly. I drank lots of coffee, pitched and completed lots of projects, and tried to enjoy the little things every day.
